Worst tailoring experience and then customer service experience I HAVE EVER RECEIVED from Rossi (Chevron branch). Despite the trousers being tailor made, they did not fit. I was very clear of my requirements when being measured, at the first fitting they did not fit properly. The second fitting they had not fixed the problem, but made another problem by adjusting the wrong thing. A week later I was told that they could not be fixed because there was not enough allowance in the leg seam. They would have to totally remake them. A further week later they then told me they had no material left, and I had to choose from only 2 choices which were totally inappropriate. I asked for them to choose another fabric, and they refused. I was told that if I didn't like the colour choices I would have to wait for the next shipment. They could not tell me when that shipment was due. So after 2.5 months, their refusal to make in a different fabric, being told that it was my fault that I didn't like well fitting clothes (well fitting??? I did not get what I asked and paid for), and numerous rude telephone calls from the "manager", I got a refund. When I asked for interest on the money they had for 2.5 months ... a firm and categorical no was the answer. So I have found this tailor rude, offensive, lacking customer service, arrogant and slow. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Rossi@Chevron is undoubtedly the best tailor in Singapore. Fabulous choice of fabrics, great style options and even the accessories are best in class. The Rossi staff are dedicated with excellent product knowledge and amazing customer service.

I’ve combed through many, and ROSSI still stands as one of the if not best in Singapore! Great quality with many fabric options to choose from. Design and style range from the ubiquitous white to a quintessential British flair, so you pay what you ask for. Awesome group.
