Very large and spacious outlet. I think it’s one of the novelist one to go to as most of the other outlets are rather cramped. This outlet also have the largest tennis sections with many models of Babolat racquets, and various tennis accessories and bags etc. It even has a stringing stain with a dedicated staff. You can just buy the many types of strings available to string on the spot. What could be better is the service crew. One of the sales assistant there is somewhat too nonchalant and you needed to wait around for one to appear.

Terrible experience shopping online. Took a great deal of time in selecting my items and testing out sizes in store. Received email 2 days later stating 6/7 of the items i purchased were out of stock.

Staff r not professional..they will never answer phone call ..they Gave me rong size and they r least interested in answering phone call

Great Nike selection and good prices, sometimes you can even get your favorite kicks on sale. Plus the sell Bakers running socks which are the best. Haven't found them anywhere else.

Came back twice to buy speedo swimwear. Good variety of designs and often has discounts. Also try their online discount pricing and ask their friendly counter staff for assistance. Big sports shop with discounts for many brands.

My husband visited this branch today and wanted to purchase a bag we saw at Suntec outlet yesterday.he tried calling the store a few times yesterday evening however nobody picked up.He showed the staff the picture and the guy did not even know that they have this product in the store.After checking the storeroom, he came out and said that they dont have this product!My husband told the staff that his colleague at Suntec branch had checked the stock count before heading down.The response was:"it will take 3 days for the system to update the stock quantity so it might have been out of stock."It is ridiculous to have this answer when we were at suntec yesterday evening and went down due to the availability.Eventually,the staff went in again to the storeroom and finally came out with the bag and told us it was at the corner and there was a delivery this morning.If the delivery was legit this morning as claimed,you had unboxed the products and went through the skus on the DO but you didnt know that you have this product?The staff here definately need some training.

We were serviced by a temp staff called Mersell. He was extremely patient and gave a lot of useful advices when we try to find the best pair of walking shoes that fit our requirement. Will come back again!
