Shopping At Tiffany's - 163 Tanglin Rd

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I have had an unpleasant customer service experience with Shopping at Tiffany's in Tanglin Mall, a popular ladies clothing store especially among expats. Twenty one days ago, I met a friend at the store. We browsed, picked out clothes to try on. I picked out three items--two dresses and one top. I gave them to the store clerk and browsed a few more minutes. When I went to check out, I noticed a lady in front of me and a lady behind me. It appeared that the manager of the store was training a new person. It didn't matter. I chatted with my friend and when my turn came, I simply handed my credit card over to complete the purchase. Afterward, I continued on to lunch. When I got home a few hours later, I found 6 items in my bag. I had paid for 3 additional items that were not even my size. I called the store immediately, kindly explained what happened. Since the woman I was talking to did remember me, I asked if perhaps the lady in front of me had called to say she didn't get three items she had purchased. The woman at Shopping at Tiffany's apologized and we made a date for me to return the next Tuesday to return the inadvertent and unwanted purchased. As I live in a different part of the island, I returned to the store (by taxi) as promised. The woman on duty this day told me she could not give me a refund because she was not authorized to do so. She said the owner of Shopping at Tiffany's was traveling, and would I mind if they called me back when she returned. She told me it would only be a couple days. One week later I finally got a call from the owner. She questioned me as to why I did not raise a fuss when I had paid for my items and why didn't I notice that the bill was larger that it should be. I explained that I wasn't even paying attention, that my focus was on my friend, and that I had called immediately 20 days earlier to explain the situation. Instead of offering my money back, the owner wants to me accept a store credit. In other words, Shopping at Tiffany's shoved three things in my shopping bag I didn't want and could not wear, made me pay for them, wasted my time by having me come out there on two occasions, and wants to keep my money. There are plenty of amazing small business shop owners in Singapore. We have plenty of choices as women when it comes to shopping. We do not have to put up with lackluster customer service or being treated as if we did something wrong, when we didn't. THINK TWICE BEFORE SHOPPING AT TIFFANY's. Walk 10 meters to any other store at Tanglin Mall. Maybe you will be treated better than I was.

Only walked by, but love the colours and designs. Super unique for sg Market. Will buy soon!!!!

I had a great experience at Holland Village store. Suzy, girl working there, was very helpful, and managed to find what I was looking for my Gf. Will visit again for sure.

Had a really bad experience Shopping @ Tiffany's at the Holland Village branch recently. Extremely POOR QUALITY OF CLOTHES and APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Just after one wash for BOTH pieces of clothing that I bought (according to instructions of the sales assistant - hand wash, cold water) the colour ran and the clothes are not wearable. The clothes were NOT CHEAP either - $152! When I took it back to the shop to show her what happened, her only response was "it is not our responsibility, ... our job is just to provide you with this dress"! No attempt to be customer-focused or address the problem, just plain rudeness from the shop assistant to wash her hands off the problem. Speechless.

I LOVE this shop!! The clothing is amazing quality and absolutely stunning! The staff were so helpful and accommodating, my new favourite store in Singapore hands down! ??

It is so refreshing to find a clothing store in Singapore that stocks inclusive sizing. I find it so difficult to find stores that stock bigger sizes or sizes that will fit a larger bust and when I do the clothes are often very mature. Tiffany's stocks beautiful boho styles with gorgeous light, breathable fabrics. I bought 2 dresses, a top and a skirt on my first visit and to have so many options never happens to me! The staff were so friendly (met Tiffany herself too) and helpful and picked out some styles that I wouldn't have myself and ended up buying. I would highly recommend this store and I will definitely be back. Thank you!!

Shopping at Tiffany’s at Holland Village is my favourite haunt during the weekend as it carries nicely curated summer dresses in flattering cuts at reasonable prices! It is specially delightful to shop with Suzy as she is spot on with her recommendations and goes the extra mile to remember what customers like! Look forward to shop again this weekend!

I love their dresses at Shopping at Tiffany's as they are of good quality and am very satisfied with my purchases there! Suzy at Shopping at Tiffany's is an amazing sales assistant; pleasant and very politely. I am very please to visit the Holland V branch as I know I could always count on Suzy for great recommendations and styles suited for me. Highly recommend! :)
