โ โ โ โ โ Very bad experience. If I can give a Zero star, I would have done that. Notice some scratches on the car during viewing, asked if they will do anything. They said no, not even doing polishing. Asked if they can send for servicing and checks, they told me I can do it myself. Fine.
Agreed on the price, signed an agreement and proceed with loan application. After loan is approved, told me can't proceed with the deal unless I commit to a higher interest rate (MAYBE because so that they can get more comm). Besides this, still want me to top up another $2k in cash. No reply from them after I replied that I am willing to give in to consider either but not both.
What is an agreement when terms can be changed unilaterally? And they call themselves CaseTrust accredited. Dishonest and unethical to the max. All the best if you decide to view their cars.
