Had a pleasant and enjoyable presentation and decided to get it on the spot! Smooth and transparent transaction. Will definitely recommend my family and friends. At last, i would like to thanks Kah Wei, system installation. He explain full function the system and recommend where to install and place the machine in a correct and safe designate. He did a great jobs.

I would like to extend my appreciation to Amos, Alan and Dennis for all the information and comparison amongst all the other dispensers available in the market. Without their time, assistance and expertise, I would have definitely taken a much longer and less productive research done on the different water dispensers and their ugly truth(s).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A big thanks Wei How from Ruhens who went above and beyond to clarify doubts that my mum had for her water filter by bringing the sample unit to her apartment. He advised the right fixturing and what needed to be adapted from her current set up. He had expertise in competitor products and the key differences between her old unit and Ruhens unit she was interested in. I could trust him to handle the entire process. He was really helpful since the start and a great salesperson. Highly recommend. Please look for Wei How if you need clear guidance and a product expert.

Kishal and his colleagues are very helpful and patience to guide us through all the model in explanation and cater to our needs.
The person who came down for the installation was friendly and able to explain to us on the operation of the V-Series model that we had.
Would definitely be a big PLUS to recommend my friends and relatives to get Ruhens water dispenser.
