Thank you Runnera for a job well done. I have had the pleasure of taking advantage of the services 4th time this month and continue to be impressed.

Got them on the very last minute, I have to say that I am very well impressed by their service. I would give them 5 stars if they could lower their rates but I guess it's just me :) Price justified by their professionalism and good customer service and reliability.

Wow! Runnera, first time engaging their service! I am leaving a positive feedback for the driver named Wan who has been always helpful and and go all out to get the things done safely and efficiently. He was early and arrived 10 mins before the designated time and mentioned us not to rush as it was still early. He was very helpful with the booth items and I could see his professionalism when he secured and strapped the goods in his van to ensure there were no damages to it. He did not even rush. Despite the hot and humid weather he never fails to smile and being polite. *Side note: At one time, he stopped, push his trolley safely to one side and helped a cleaner auntie who was having a hard time pushing her cleaning cart through the glass door. That was huge plus point! These guys (Runnera) love their job!!!! My overall experience is that they were able to answer all my queries promptly and most importantly in being transparent with the costs. What they quoted me was the exact same amount reflected on the e-invoice. Please send my compliments to your driver and will definitely use Runnera’s services for my next transportation needs. Can I give 6 stars?

I have to say they have superb service compared to other moving/delivery companies I engaged before. Personally I would like to share that it would be best to hire them in advance as they are often booked. They do not have lorries but their specialization is in vans and this is really helpful if you stay in private housing like condos where parking could be an issue and height limit is restricted. Used them to move some items from my condo in Novena to Bukit Timah and giving 2 thumbs up for their stellar service. Driver arrived and did not complain of me adding 2 more small carton boxes and was very hands on throughout the job. Gave him 2 packets of drinks hoping he could cool down after the job as he was sweating with the unloading yet...yet...never fails to smile and being very nice. Satisfied customer and recommending my neighbour who is going to move out soon.

Dealing with them is fuss-free and prompt unlike some other companies that did not reply to their emails and took very long to give a confirmation of a job. They are very efficient and without going through many layers of management. They do get booked very fast probably due to their great service known from my referral. Got them to deliver my clothing stocks for my shop and although their per point is slightly higher they ensured that your job get a priority rather than taking up bulk/ big volume orders from other customers. They are now my regular vendor to ease my business delivery needs :)

I engaged them for the delivery of computers to my clients throughtout Singapore and although it seems like a small matter, to me appearance is crucial especially when the drivers are the first person my client will see and interact. Drivers are well dressed with long pants and covered footwear. It is rare to find drivers/movers who actually look professional. As mentioned in the previous reviews, they loved their jobs and have fun doing it giving me as a customer a peace of mind and assurance. I think they should advertise their services more so people will can get to know more about them. Promise delivered.

Used their service for my career fair event at one of the main universities and definitely impressed with their service. From the first contact all the way till the end of the job, Runnera never fails to give a bang for my buck! Their prices may be higher than others but believe me, when it comes to events where punctuality and communication is important, Do Not go with the cheaper ones. I made my mistake once and will never do again. Worth the extra amount because you get first class service, i repeat 1st CLASS service. Now I am recommending them to my boss and other departments for future event logistics! They say you get what you pay! :) 5 stars for Runnera!

Runnera rendered had exceeded my expectations. I requested for disposal service for my dismantled queen size bed with frame and some other items in carton boxes for a reasonable price. To add on, the driver was punctual and arrived early. Work done with care and very speedy without being hasty. Everything was completed within a short time frame. They loved their job and their service is stellar compared to other movers I have used before. I am a happy customer and will definitely recommend Runnera to my friends and family.
