Was quite empty during weekday lunch. Service was ok. No complaints. At least my pizza came within 20 min (they did warn that it will take 25 min).

Seriously.. if I can give negative I would, because why? Firstly sat in and only entertained by 1 staff when I view through the whole restaurant there is like 3-4 staffs. Secondly, we ordered 3 pasta and 1 pizza and 1 baked penne, after 20mins... we were told that pasta was no longer available and only penne is available, why only after 20mins then inform? So basically we sat down for 20mins for nothing and was changed to chicken royale and curry zazzle Thirdly, asked for salt but was told there is no salt from service staff and kitchen staff, after asking the 2nd time from a different staff, she gave it to us. Also?? Why is there no salt in the kitchen? So are you trying tell us that you dont use salt in preparation of the food? Fourth, the restaurant is only like 1/3 full so I dont understand why our food was served almost 45mins later?? I myself worked in a kitchen and to me... the firing of food is really ridiculous 45mins for pasta, baked penne and fish and chip? And almost every table had their food way before us and we're still waiting Fifth, final bill came in and what is most ridiculous today was the fact that they charged me for the 2 pasta that was not available and the female staff had the audacity to tell me she didnt charge us the baked penne / baked rice dish???? So I questioned her, how much was each pasta? And she said 16.90 and how much was the chicken royale, she said 14.50 so ultimately I asked her twice and she still feel like there is nothing wrong, so I questioned her back, why am I paying $2.40 extra for something I did not consumed? And that is when she realised... Really really worst pizza hut experience ever, understaffed? Staff with no knowledge? Staff with bad attitude and kitchen crew with no taste buds?? Because all the food comes out inconsistent and bland that I had to ask for salt. Please either get new crews or train your staff well, this is really outrageous

Ordered our pizza ( Thomson Plaza) at 5.30pm and stated to deliver by 6.02pm. Now, 7.50pm, and still waiting. Their line is always busy or never pick up. Understand that is CNY 2nd day, so pizza orders may too overwhelming. But 2.5 hrs of waiting and yet to fulfil our order. This gonna be our very last pizza from pizza hut ( if we ever get to eat it).

Worst experience ever. Ordered pizza at 1200, waited for two hours still never received, tried to call the outlet for ten times but still never pick up, horrible customer service, please close down asap to stop this nonsense, very disappointed with Pizza Hut.

The staff here makes me feel so lazy ! ! It is invincible laziness ! I am order my food, come to their store Totally haven't started making my food yet !! Very angry, will never come here again ???

Not worth eating here. If you want overpriced food and no one else in the place, its perfect cause there wasn’t anyone else in the restaurant so they were not busy at all. For some strange reason, you can only get ala carte when you dine in. I decided to walk out as it wasn’t worth my time. It’s better to get it online eating here. Update [6 February 2022]: Ordered takeaway and unfortunately, it was this branch. Waited for 2 hours and the food has not arrive. The screen says β€œenjoy your meal” so i called the store and no one picked up. Really a garbage branch, can’t even handle takeaway. If only i can give negative stars…

Long waiting time, poor customer service, and poor hygiene. Waited for around an hour - got to see quite a number of customers who ordered after us getting their items first. It was disappointing that staff was defensive and made no attempt to assure us or to expedite the order when we alerted them. Inaccurate information was given to the customers as well - they informed all walk-ins that food would be served in 10 minutes, in the presence of customers who have been waiting for a much longer time. During the long wait, we got to witness how staff folded the delivery boxes on the tables outside the kitchen with their bare hands. Didn't see any sanitiser near the area they were folding the boxes. It was a frequent sight that staff exited the kitchen with their masks pulled down and tried wearing it properly only when they see customers. There seems to be no proper dress code - counter staff was wearing slippers.
