Always a five stars experience with Tzewei and her crew (poke Aario) :) Super nice pleasant people to learn random water boarding skills (i.e., how many beer bottles you can juggle while wakesurfing, to fall gracefully-ish while wakefoiling..) Keep up the great work guys! ??

The absolute best! Definitely recommend riding with Ryders Tze Wei is thoughtful instructor who always keeps it simple and distills what you need to work on, regardless of whether you're a beginner or experienced rider. Plus she is great fun to hang out with and we have the best times on her boat.

Ride with don from ryders all the time. We only ride with don.He is very good, teaches the basics and foundations yet create lots of fun and humour during the session. Also teaches all the tricks you wanna learn. Thank you don!

Gilbert is a fantastic instructor. A boat full of beginners, he is full of patience and communicate clearly what we are doing right and wrong. He is humble and approachable. We had a very memorable first wakeboarding session. Definitely recommending him for other.

Would strongly advise agaisnt booking their services during this season. Had made a booking on 11 Feb between 4 to 6pm and made the booking one mth in advanced. However since someone had gotten a HRW and being responsible, we decided agaisnt going for the slot. We contacted Ryders and when they answered, they quoted someone's name as the coach and asked us to contact them via WhatsApp. Did just that and got no reply. Later during the timing in which we booked, it rained out and confirmed on the NEA site that it indeed was raining heavily. They probably just brushed it off that since it rained out, we lost the booking either way. Strongly advise against using their services, at least for now.

So much fun today with instructor Don! Highly recommend first timer to engage Instructor Don! Super friendly and patience!

Rode with Ryders for >5 sessions. They have been professional and extremely patient. If you are looking to start wakeboarding or step up your game, I strongly recomend them. With only one caveat, you will suffer the side effects of having lotsa fun.

This place is an utter scam, very unprofessional and extremely poor customer service. I was cheated of my money after paying $340 for my booking and Ryder's refused to deliver the service! I had to reschedule our session due to our friend having a dislocated arm and torn shoulder muscles. Ryder's (Tze Wei specifically) had agreed over email to hold my credits and asked me to inform them when we were ready with our new date. However after my friend had recovered and I reached out to them to rebook our session, they claimed that the credits were no longer valid even though there was never any communication during our email correspondences that the credits had an expiry date, nor any indication in the booking confirmation or website of this. Even worse, they refused to reply any of my email follow ups asking for an update. So in essence Ryder's just pocketed the money and refused to deliver the service even though they agreed to and (clearly) are well able to. I would leave 0.1 stars if that was even a possibility.
