★ ★ ★ ★ ★ booked a 2 hour session 3 weeks early. Slot was 10am. Reached the place on time but when we called up, they wanted to change to 1pm. Understand that the issue with the boat wasn't their fault. But the fact that they told us they knew about it since the night before and didn't inform us was unacceptable. Even said that they missed out that there was this schedule. Time and money wasted. Customer service was really bad.
