★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The 4 saving grace of this S11 outlet; the AFE chicken rice, the morning only Hup Lee nasi lemak and beehoon stall (must try the pork chop and fried chicken wing), the Yong Tau Fu and Noelle's Western food. Tze char stall has been changing hands for the past year and the latest is simply forgettable. Tried the fried rice and the rice is undercooked! Other stalls are your average fare one finds anywhere else. Unfortunately the deco, and ambience has remained uninviting all these 10+ years, unfortunately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simply love staying in this neighbourhood as there are so many eatery around such as the Roasted chicken rice; Fishball noodle; western cuisine and the famous economic fried mee hoon stalls (operated morning); do expect long queue to form during the weekends though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The chicken rice here is very good. Especially the rice. It is fragrant, taste excellent and just the right amount of oil. The chicken feet is nice and crunchy. One of the best chicken rice stalls around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Straight-up, this S-11 coffeeshop exterior seating is poor for dine-in; the lightings and fans interlace with each other, creating flickering lights that makes diners sleepy. Ventilation is good when it’s raining and if big wind blows.
Interior seating is not bad, just poor ventilation.
Otherwise, plenty of good food choices, including Chinese snacks, good chicken rice, YTF, and Halal food.
I’d generally avoid the dine-in since conditions are sub-par. However, as of May 2022, the tables are generally clean and cleaners are extremely fast. Kudos to the workers here.
