Friendly cosy comfy welcoming ambience for romantic intimates groups students expats locals visitors and families.

rude staffs especially the cashier and the old lady beside her today at 9:15am. talk very rudely, the aunty even scold vulgarity in front of customers. talking bad about customers.

Good place to have the most important meal of the day, breakfast. Traditional Toast Set is my favourite, it consist of a Teh, 2 half-boiled eggs and a butter toast. The laksa is another dish which I like, come with tick and fragrant gravy and fresh ingredient. This toast box outlet is conveniently located on level 1 of Northpoint City.

Always patronise this outlet and it’s getting from bad to worse. One time at 8pm, bread sold out so no toast for us. The other time at 730pm, closed and cleaning up. Today at 710pm, closed and cleaning up!!! What is this!? Don’t intend to do business? Google and Toast Box website states closes at 930pm.

I wish to complement this aunty by the name of Poh Suan in Northpoint outlet ,she always put on the smile on her face , I usually go there for breakfast, she remember my preference , if I forgetten request less sugar , she will remind me. When everytime I queue i realize that she also remember what other customers want too. I feel that this aunty has a heart for everyone and very courteous . She make the coffee aroma , her service excellent ??????????????

Would give 5 stars for consistency, because they will not miss out on any opportunities to mess up your order. Even the protege of the old aunties will not give you chance. Worst mee rebus ever tasted. Guessed it coupled well with the bad attitude of the staff behind the counter. Couldn’t say much more.

Friendly crew and fast service. Seems like one of the only outlets with 45 minutes per table Limitation. Went to the orchard and funan outlet but didn’t see the same notice on the tables.
