Rude sales assistants!

Horrible service rude and horrible sales person will not be visiting again

They had bad service.They asked us to leave their store and as a customer I feel really disappointed and hope they would do better in the future.

scolded me, called me names, asked me to get out of her store when i was a student. give excuses and fake numbers.

Please buy only items marked with a price here. The sales lady will rip you off. They will tell you one price and bill you another. Make sure you get an itemised bill before payment. ?

Staff (probably owner) was rude when we were leaving the store and said "浪费时间“ (which means waste my time in mandarin) even though we actually cared enough to come in and take a look at the products. I understand that the staff was tired but that doesn't mean you should treat a customer that way. When a customer comes in to browse through and don't buy at first, they may come again to buy so don't go making the wrong move and chase them away. It costs 5 times more to gain customers after the reputation goes downhill. Anyway, I do not recommend shopping at this clothing store.

prices of many items at this shop aren't transparent as the clothes are "from different manufacturers hence different exchange rates". what a stupid excuse. pls don't pay until youve confirmed the exact price with the different shop assistants bc there's one who will raise the prices whenever you ask the cost of the next item. for eg my experience, 1st item asked was priced at $25, 2nd was $30, 3rd was $49??? in the end i chose a dress VERY SIMILAR to the $25 one (just a different colour but the same transparency and material) AND I PAID $29 WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. legit i would just scram and not waste my money on this scam if my mum wasnt constantly approving and siding with the shop assistant.

Would literally give 0 star if I could.. this is a scam store, total scam.. Don't believe in whatever price they put up because when they bill, its not what it is.. Went in to shop and was approached by aunty who kept up selling everything in her store.. I ended up purchasing afew apparels and my boyfriend went to settle the bill when I was looking at other shirts, hence I didn't knew the bill for it at that moment.. We went to eat afterwards and I didn't thought something this bad could have happened since it was a legit brick and motar store.. It was when I reach home, dig into the carrier to find the receipt and I saw a nets receipt inside the carrier with an unbelievable price (for such clothing) that I asked my boyfriend about it.. He confirmed he was told to pay that amount when he go bill it out and confirmed to me that he wasn't given any explanation nor an official itemised receipt.. He said the aunty only took a calculator to press and told him the price to pay, which obviously she anyhow.. It was a store and not a booth, there should be an official itemised receipt.. Moreover, when I took the clothing out from plastic to wash, I realised that idoit gave wrong shirt.. The display was short sleeve but I was given long sleeve despite I said I don't wear long sleeve when I was in store.. So now that's going to be in the bin because I don't wear that nor I would travel half of Singapore to go back Jcube for an exchange(which I may not even get to change if it was this horrible aunty) .. Horrible experience ever.. Please shut doors end your business and don't come out to harm other consumers.. Considering to report this black shop to case for an investigation..
