★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I engaged them to fix my water tap problem that keep leaking at my master bedroom toliet. It was change a few times but the problem still persist. The HDB licensed plumber that came was very patient in checking thoroughly. After replacing the water tap & valve, it finally solved my problem. Thank you S & E.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am disappointed in NTUC's referral to S & E - Singapore Plumber. Mr Khoo charged me $220 for clearing 3 floor traps. Initially, he wanted to charge me $240 for 2 floor traps. The nasty smell came back in less than a month, I accept that but I paid an overpriced amount of $220 for nothing. Other plumber charged about $50 per hole which is total of $150. I got ripped off. Furthermore, there is a leak in my toilet bowl which he didn't identify and wanted to charge more money to come back to take a look. I really regretted using NTUC platform for service. I should have done my research on google on his company but I trusted NTUC's referral. 1-star for his service. 1 star for my lack of research.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Connected through Local Service - Khoo said $20 for a visit to assess choke in floor traps and quote. There and then quoted $280 to clear x2 connected floor trap with a drain cleaning machine - basically a thicker drain snake that gets vibrated by the machine to break up the choke and some manual plunging. 10min job, 3 month warranty. Talk about a rip off. It's true choke is cleared for now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their services is Overpriced - SGD100 for a less than 2 minutes (if not much less) work. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ASK FOR THEIR FEES BEFORE HIRING THEM otherwise, you get to experience HIGHWAY Robbery and pay $20 just to listen to their non-sense.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was referred this plumber via a third party website. Had issue of toilet button not working. Mr Khoo came down to assess and charged additional fees just to open concealed toilet cover. Said needed parts to replace but no supply. In the end no solution short of changing the whole system.
A second opinion plumber fixed the existing system on the spot the very next day. So simple within half hour!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WAY TOO OVERPRICED!
The initial consultation charge of $20 seemed reasonable, which is why we went ahead with them at first.
But for a very simple pipe clamp he charged above what it was worth.
I highly recommend NOT working with them and finding other plumbers.
It was our mistake to not read the other reviews - which also talked about others being scammed.
Please learn from our mistakes and avoid S & E Plumber Service Singapore!
