โ โ โ โ โ Today I had such a nasty experience in this shop. I bought a shoe from this store and went there for exchange as i was not comfortable in that shoe. They refused to exchange even though I did mention that i will buy something expensive. They sell items with no customer satisfaction. I wish there was negative rating . The things in that shop is expensive and no exchange policy... such a unpleasant experience .. will never ever go to this shop again.

โ โ โ โ โ zero start if i can.
both the female staff are polite but male staff pretended i dont exist. maybe bcos i was not in some high end clothes hence deemed as not potential.
on a whole, they exude negative energy and not welcoming.
all 3 spoke among themselves right after i stepped out - yes all 3 congregated faster then lighting. they must have admired something about me hence the praises right after i left.
never ever going back even items are for free.

โ โ โ โ โ TLDR: Dyed wrap dress leaked color and bad service recovery from boss.
I bought two dresses for my son's baptism on 7 Oct 2020 - a blue flowery chiffon sleeveless dress (I forgot the price. It might be under the 50% discount rack) and orange/blacked dyed cotton wrap dress (as of 16 Dec 2020 was still $198). I was told on the day of purchase that when I decided to wash the dresses - it must be dry cleaning only. The sales assistant steam-ironed both dresses as I was going to use them on the Sunday a few days later. I was told that I can dry-clean them after wear and both were placed in the S.H.E garment bag and I took them home.
I ended up wearing the chiffon dress for the baptism and the orange/black wrap dress remained in the garment bag until Wed 16 Dec 2020 when I had an office lunch event. Since the wrap dress was untouched within the garment bag, I wore it unwashed. I got caught in the rain on route to lunch venue and as I was sharing the umbrella, half my dress got drenched. Post-lunch, I realised that black dye from the pattern on the sleeve transferred to the front of the dress and there were now ugly black patches on the dress which I know cannot be washed off. I also realised that my right arm are dyed from the wrap dress.
I went to the shop where there were two assistants and I showed them my arm and my dress and explained the situation. I asked them to take the picture of my arm and the dress and temporarily wore a dress off the rack while they attempted to wipe off the black dye off my wrap dress. When that failed, they said that they can send the dress off to the dry cleaners who might or might not be able to do something. Since I was wearing that dress, I asked if I can buy something new at 70%b off or something and they meekly pointed me to the 50% off section of the rack.
I then asked: is the drying cleaning free? they replied no. I told them why not as the dye of the unwashed dress leaked in the rain and I only wore it for a few hours. They went to consult their boss via whatsapp/sms/call (I dont know what) but they subsequently conveyed the message that since I am in possession of the dress for 2 months they cannot ascertain whether the quality of the dress deteriorated while in my possession.
This explanation and the lack of service recovery totally disgusted me. I wore back the wrap dress and left the shop stating that I will not be back.
on 17 Dec - I received a call from a person called Esther. She told me that she had heard about the situation from her colleagues and spoke to her boss and would like to offer me a $30 voucher. I said that the immediate response from the boss was to blame me for the leak (since I was in possession of the unwashed dress for 2 months) and that they cannot stand by the quality of their dress when she repeated the story about me holding on the dress for 2 months. I then put down the phone and didn't speak to anyone else from the shop.
Please note that $30 voucher does not cover the cost of $198 dress and also since the dress was still on the rack ie 2 months old... it is also highly possible that they will offer it to the next customer after steam-ironing it and say that its safe to wear.

โ โ โ โ โ Very pushy and very pretentious staffs. If you ask to see one dress they will give 10 dresses and push you to try. Need to say NO many times only then they will stop. So expensive for the quality they have.
