It is a nice and clean place. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The beautician who attended to me is skillful and thorough. She also gives advice on how to take care of my skin.

I was here for my IPL treatment, Xiao Ling was assigned to attend to me throughout my treatment. Apart from her Super courteous, friendly and well-knowledgeable work scopes, she always makes sure her service rendered was a detailed and clean one and that my overall experience each time was comfortable. If I were to opt for any further new treatment, in terms of facial or body treatment, Xiao Ling is still my preferred choice. Lastly, I would like to give my appraisal to branch manager, Rachael Chen. I’ve met lots of sales manager throughout my years. Rachael is the meticulous type of sales person yet not the hard sell or forceful kind. She’s very knowledgeable on the services and products she’s selling and will introduce the type of treatment that best suits us. I appreciate that she upholds her professionalism in her fields of work and it is always pleasant to see her in the shop. She had also went the extra miles to teach me on how to take care of my skin after the IPL treatment to prevent further sensitivity & itchiness. I have been going to Renaza for 5 years on a weekly basis. Xiao Ling is professional and excellent in her treatments. She adapts my treatment to suit my skin condition at the time. Rachael and the team manages the front desk and appointments efficiently and effectively. They are very friendly and accommodating.

Trialed their facial under a Fave voucher and found their treatment rooms to be clean and very comfortably set up with soothing music too. My therapist Angel was good also and the whole treatment was very comfortable so I signed up for a package. My skin cleared up quite a bit (I had pretty bad jaw acne) after 3 facials with them and I only visited once a month. The mask was so good, mine was a really cooling one. Angel also has a keen hand and does great face and shoulder massages for drainage. The extraction was not as painful as I feared as well. It was bearable. I didn't used to go for facial because of the pain. Prices are typical of the market, you can expect to pay slightly lesser if you take up a package with them. They have quite a range of machine treatments as well and they are marked at exorbitant prices ala carte. So, it is up to you if you want to go for their packages. They will recommend you treatments, ampoules or add ons based on your skin condition, but I find that typical of every beauty salon I visit, so don't be pressured to purchase, it's really up to you!

Been going to Renaza and Emmy for my facials in the last two years. Though I don’t go often due to my schedule, I always feel well pampered and relaxed throughout the treatment. Emmy is gentle, steady and professional, and she offers the most relaxing shoulder massages after the facial. The receptionists do hard sell packages quite a bit, but Emmy makes the visit worthwhile.

I am a package owner, and every time I call to make appointments, I am told that there are no slots available for up to two weeks. The staff are also pretty rude and struggle to communicate effectively. Regret taking a package here.

Been with them for at least 2 years. I like the fact that they do not hard sell (they will tell u the current promotions but if u say no, they don’t keep trying to ask u to buy) and they do not keep asking you to make the next appointment. Additionally i like how their beds can be adjusted and heated up. Clean and comfortable rooms and their back treatments and IPL helped lighten my pigmentation. Will continue my package with them.

Rachel is great with explaining and finding a package suitable for me. She isn't pushy with her sales. As for Ivy, she understands the changing skin condition I have and would recommend appropriate treatment. Was able to see good progress on my skin after 2treatment
