★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everyone should get therapy. True facts. I almost regret not having gotten it sooner, but it's never too late to start. Since working with my therapist, I feel like I've gained a lot of clarity around many of my thoughts, and even addressed many deep-seated issues from my youth that I thought I had already overcome.
Importantly, I don't think you need to be in a crisis to seek therapy. My therapist helped me reframe things even after I had felt much better, and though I had less regular check-ins, I feel that I continued to look inward and was more quickly able to identify pain points and triggers long before they occurred.
Also, major plus points for having trans-friendly counsellors that were trained by local trans orgs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Safe Space's short wait time to speak with a therapist really helps with reducing the lag time between needing help and getting help! Platform is intuitive. Therapists are professional and great to work with. I've been recommending Safe Space to my friends too :)
