★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a disappointment service provided by this company. At first the lady picked up the phone and asked to email them for documents and price list. After 2 days there was no reply at all, whatsapp number provided in the website was online but never replied the messages and phone call never been picked up. What kind of service is this? Please remember that ignoring your customer is a big NO. So disappointed

Replies are prompt, the translation is done within an hour of payment (not that it was promised), a signed soft copy (by public notary) is delivered the next day upon approval (not that it was promised either), with hard copies to follow in the coming days. All pleasant, no fuss

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I sent a WhatsApp message since the website told so, and because of the nature of urgency after 1.5 hours of messaging with no reply (needs the document by tomorrow), I decided to call through WhatsApp, a guy picked up the phone. After I explained my inquiry, he started to talk to someone else there (a lady) in Mandarin. I kept saying "hello... hello" and he totally ignored me for 1.5 mins, so I hung up. If you could not deliver the service, please at least just say that you cant instead of leaving your potential customer hanging on the chat message or worse a phone call. WORST SERVICE COMPANY EVER!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company is definitely a 5-star company. I consulted them for translation services, decided to go with them, and transferred them the full amount. But after a few hours, I realized that I made a mistake and did not actually require the translation after all. Chui Hoon, the person I was liaising with, gave me a full refund immediately, and his reply left me feeling extremely touched. This is clearly a company that does not just focus on making money, but also cares about humans and what's the right thing to do. My husband and I will definitely only use their service in future and recommend them to our friends.
