Good neighborhood nail salon that is decent priced. Packages are more worth it and not too pushy with the hard selling. However, wish there were more nail colors to choose from. Overall convenient for those staying in the North.

I always look forward to manicures and pedicures at Saigon Star because the experience is delightful every single time. All the nail technicians are professional, friendly and good at what they do. Never a dull moment at Saigon Star. My personal favourites there are Vivien, Mirin and Ivy. Lovely girls!!!

i did my nails yesterday night. Though i was late for my appointment, the manicurist was so warm and made me feel comfortable throughout the session. As my brother was a first time customer too. They ensure he was at ease during the session. Thanks alot will definitely patronize this salon in time to come

Did gel polish on my nails on 12 Feb which didn't last for no longer than a week. The gel started peeling off from my nails after 8 days. Went back a total of 3 times for the touch up within 3 weeks and right now, today 1 March the conditions of my nails were very brittle, yet the manicurist, vietnamese, assigned to me still wanted me to apply color. Basically, this tells that the products were not reliable, poor quality for manicure. Told the manicurist that my nails is not suitable for reapplying of color and requested for a soaked off. Her face wasn't pleasant already. The soaked off were not properly done too, some gel residue after the soaked! The shop owner mother came over to recommend (sell) me their nail products to "save" my brittle nails but when I told her about my conditions and thoughts she just walked away. HOW RUDE! This shows that they do not have basic customer service judging by her attitude. This attitude applies to the staff attending to me as well. The vietnamese lady, told her nicely the polish were not properly removed, she reluctantly went to grab her filing tool twice to remove the residue, mumbling in Vietnam language god knows what she was complaining about. Before stepping out of the shop, I have asked for a cut but her reactions were reluctant too! So I told her it's okay I'll just trim myself at home. Still had package leftover with them, honestly not very pleased with their services for my nails, do wish there is a refund for this. I'll update again if I managed to speak to the boss of this shop, otherwise, please think TWICE about signing package with them for the two reasons, unreasonably rude and poor products for nails.

I got manicure and pedicure with Vivien and Ivy. Both were very friendly and made the entire experience feel like we were among friends. Not forgotten Susan and Eva excellent service and very good massage when I had my facial and eyebrows embroidery. No hardselling package and even after signed package the services still remain the same as first time. I really appreciated their great customer service and did my nails very nicely EVERY month. All equipment used are cleaned and sterilized. Very hygienic.

Been a customer here since their opening and I love their service! Staff is very nice and attentive to your wants and needs, and the service is amazing. You can always count on leaving Saigon Star fully satisfied and wanting to come back for more next time. My favourite nail and beauty place! ❤️

I am patronising this place for the last 15 years since I was young followed my mum and now my husband follow me. The best place to go for your beauty care. I love the way they treat you. . Their facial,waxing and nail services are top notch. My nail colours last long and my face look smooth after an facial there. A place to visit to have great customer service and quality service.
