★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I saw Delivery personnel unable to go in shop to deliver and their service is not good, rude to delivery person. Expecting all supplier to bring in items 1 by 1 into shop, if it's alot I really pity the delivery drivers. Didn't experience or saw this in other Umart. My heart goes out to all those delivery person who delivers to this outlet.
