Left white stains all over my bike. All the metal parts rusty after i sent to them. Now have to pay money to get other people to derust for me and clean up

Saiko made my 16yr old z1000 look and feel 10yrs younger! Feel apologetic for making the staff work 4hrs on my bike but when i saw the smile on their faces it made me feel less guilty as i know they also had a sense of satisfaction upon completion!

Please share to your bike groups to boycott this place. The workmanship is not only of a low standard, but my bike was worse than when it went in. Looked like i left my bike in sea water for 2 weeks when i took it back. Complained and got shrugged off. What a waste of time

I have been with Saikõ since 2020(almost 2 years). I’ve had my fair share of bike washes at other places and have lived through the worst nightmares that can happen to a motorcycle when the person washing it is inadequate. Some notable examples are: 1. Using car-level pressure jets to spray a motorcycle’s engine bay which is a big no-no as the water can damage your gasket and can get INSIDE the engine. I have had water enter my engine before due to a high-powered jet wash and top overhauls are not cheap. 2. Another popular jet wash method would be to spray the speedo cluster which would result in water getting inside. A new speedometer is not cheap. I have lived through that as well. I can assure you that, Saikõ Detailing’s quality of work has been good and most importantly consistent. If you do drop by, when they are using their jet guns, do put your hand on the end of the nozzle and let me know if the water jet hurts. Because it doesn’t, they actually use lower powered jet guns for the sole purpose of washing bikes. So even if they do spray the water at your engine, it’s gonna be fine. Chain degreasing is excellent, rim degreasing is quality as well. They use chain wax for the chain which does not leave lube residue on the rear wheel, however, this means that the water repellency of the lube is lower. You will have to relube after riding in the rain. This is the trade off for wax-type lubes. I have even gone to them for my ceramic coating and the coating is still there despite my negligence in leaving my bike out in the rain countless nights. TLDR; you can trust them with your ride. P.S. if you have any specific areas that you want them to clean, do let them know. Sometimes, it’s easy to miss out. They are humans after all . Live and let live.

Sent my bike for the Essential Wash package and chain maintenance add on. was very satisfied with the wash. Each bike is taken care of individually and not group washed like most other bike wash services I have come across. Price wise is easy on the wallet if you go for the essential. if you want to do more it will cost more but I am confident they will do a great job. Highly recommended ?

Thanks for destroying my metal parts. They use cheap chemical to get the job done fast and look at the outcome. My sprocket and chain got corroded so badly, worst place to get your bike detailed in synergy @ kaki bukit

This is my first time here as i heard alot of good reviews about the place. Book an appointment at 7pm for essential wash with add on of chain maintenance and matte sealant. They only started to wash my bike at ard 7.20pm and end at ard 7.50pm honestly not an issue to me as i can see they have some other issues with some other bikes which i truly understand. But was abit dissapointed with the wash as i paid $40 for the whole thing and there are still dirts and watermarks on my wheels and ard my bike. Before the wash i realised there was a whole chunk of dirt/oil near my mainstand area and was actually surprised that is was still there after the wash. Their staff are friendly and i can see their products are of quality but maybe just came on the wrong day ?‍♂️ but will definitely give them another shot and will book again with them hopefully i wont have the same experience.
