The key topics that inspire me most are how to make good use of the meta-programmes to understand customers needs, how to overcome obstacles to closing & the use of closing techniques. These are all indispensable tools for me to understand why customers who have ability to buy but unwilling to buy & activate the hot button of prospects to create buying interest.
Last but not all, I just want to say thank you to Jacky's dedicated training & I have no reservation in recommending this programme to those who want to pursue his/her career in the sales biz.
