If you’re the boss/manager of this salon pls read this. I PAID $72 FOR HORRIBLE SERVICE. I went on a Friday evening. The salon was very busy. Understandable if I have to wait but they choose to serve me which I appreciate. However, don’t take up customers if you don’t have the heart to serve. At first a stylist washed and blow my hair. He used a lot of force when washing my hair, can tell he just want to it to be done fast only last for awhile. When blow drying used a lot of force again. He was pulling my hair so strongly my whole head and body was moving. I was very uncomfortable. My scalp was painful. Did not check with me how I want my hair to be done and proceed with it. I stopped him halfway because it was not the way I want my hair to be done. Before this I already told his colleague how I want my hair to be done but colleague did not communicate well with him. He ended up not being happy and showed attitude. Afterwards his appointment from a regular customer came and an assistant took over my hair. She was friendly but the curls on my hair did not last even for a day and she even assured me that it will last. EXPENSIVE NEVER MIND BUT SKILLS AND SERVICE SUCKS.

I was around the area and decided to walk in and have my hair cut. The stylist, Raymond, was very friendly and gave me an awesome haircut.

I tried out their nanokeratin treatment and it is the best discovery for my hair. I’ve tried keratin treatment in the past that costed me $600+ and my hair reverted to the dry, curly and frizzy state within 2 weeks. Nanokeratin saved my tons of time in the morning as I need not to flat iron my hair anymore and apparently this treatment can lasts up to 3 months! My hair gets softer after every wash and I can literally feel and see the difference in these past few weeks. Definitely recommending this treatment to those who’s wants a hassle-free hairstyle.

I always go to Kwee for haircuts and dyes in the past 6 years or so. I will follow him to whichever salon he works at. Cos he is damn good at haircuts especially with layering. Recently I went to him to dye my hair for my wedding and I must say he did a fantastic job

Jojo attended to me, you can tell she is genuinely concerned for your hair and not just pushing products like some other salons. She recommended what my hair needs and taught me many useful hair managing skills. I will be back again and will recommend them.

Hi....I came in yesterday at around 5 for a wash,haircut and blow dry and am extremely unhappy with the service .The hairstylist did not understand my hair ,rushed through the service,was very very rough and harsh with my hair even after I told her that she was hurting me .You guys actually had the audacity to get the payment from me while the service was being done ??? And I paid$ 76 for this? The hair cut is so bad . When you pay soo much..you expect some std and service....I have def never had such a bad experience anywhere and am never visiting you again.

Decided to go for a haircut and hair treatment here, Michelle attended to me and recommended a hair refining treatment as I was sick of rebounding my hair. She was friendly and professional. I love my hair after it was done, she also advised me to use sulphate free shampoo and I have been following her advice. My hair still looks great 2 months after the service, hope it will last longer. Overall love the salon cleanliness and comfy atmosphere too.
