Great roasted delights. The family was shopping around suntec and chanced upon this restaurant. Very authentic Hong Kong styled roasted meats. Not as expensive compared to the other restaurants in my humble opinion. The 烧肉skin was very crispy and the 叉烧comes with some fats which I liked personally. The noodles are very similar to the ones served in HK. Overall, pretty enjoyed the meal.

Soy sauce chicken is the must choose item. Roast pork look need to be improved but the crispy-ness is bravo and juicy. Charsiew is too cold. Noodle is good but peanut in the porridge is not crunchy. Overall it's still nice place to go for.

Soya chicken is tender and tasty. The best is their chili! I can have whole bottle with rice.

Nice soya sauce chicken noodles. Add the chili to the noodles makes it balanced. No queue here not crowded which is good

Had takeaway from this place. Whilst the soya sauce chicken is not too bad, we were utterly shocked with the herbal jelly dessert. We finished the soya sauce chicken and was looking forward to the desserts - mango sago was ok but the herbal jelly looked as it was a leftover as it cost $5.10 - see pictures attached. Tried calling the restaurant but unfortunately no one is picking up the call.

Honestly they should just commercialise their chili, it's the best there and I believe it will be popular in the market. Soya sauce chicken was good, prepared in advance I think, came after 3mins if ordering half chicken. Dish was cold, but I think all SS chicken are cold, haha, but at least heat the sauce up to warm up the dish, seems a lack of effort. But overall worth the try, tasty and seem value for money in a shopping mall. Downside they don't sell their chili. Really good, wasted its not in the market.

Visit for the Chicken Noodles, and fast service. Signature Soy Sauce Chicken Noodles (7/10), topped up for chicken drumstick. Springy bouncy egg noodles, and incredibly tender fatty soy sauce chicken. Chicken skin melts in your mouth, and sauce is on the sweet side. It's better than most hawker center stalls. Served with dried shrimp soup (very salty) and large chunky Shui Gaos. Combination platter - Honey glazed bbq pork belly, roasted crispy pork (6/10). Our meat was cold, thus disappointing. Pan fried carrot cake with XO Sauce (6/10). Mediocre. Spicy and not very flavourful. Service was incredibly efficient. The waitress kept topping up my tea :)

Strangely the Roasted Pork Belly and Char Siew were the best dishes. Signature soy-sauce chicken tasted not too bad, slightly better than your average foodcourt soy-sauce chicken due to the skin. Their hei bee hiam was crunchy and very nice, roasted pork belly was also very crunchy, while the char siew was fatty and very good. Would highly recommend to pair with some white rice or noodles as the sauce from the chicken is quite salty.
