Membership was sign on Oct 2021 valid for a year with haircut $2 stated clearly on the card. Was told by your staff starting Jan 2022 , $2 no longer valid and just took by card and remedy from 2 to 3 dols. Can like that one mei . Who dare to buy your membership next time if you anyhow changes the price anytime you like . Don't you find that unprofessional

Hit or miss with the barber shop, tbh would give 4/5 stars for the male hairstylists as my experience with them has been good, however number 5 (if im not wrong) does not have the skill required to do mens haircuts, she cannot follow a simple picture

One of the worst experiences! In short, they cheat customers with a straight face! They force you to buy membership and change the price before the expiry date of the membership and refuse to do the service unless you pay more money than they offered when you signed up! Such rude liars and frauds!

Best value is the price. It goes as low as $2-$3 per cut. But their strategy is to sell your or charge you for all sorts of stuffs when ur there. For eg: wanna wash hair before cut? +$10. Wanna choose/wait for your barber? +$3. New membership promo? Now +$12. Its abit annoying but still price is cheap. Quality wise pretty good

If you sign up as a Member, a quick cut or trim is only $3. Be prepared to queue if you visit at peak hours. Some of the stylists there are really so hope you get a good one to attend to you when it's your turn.

They keep changing the price. At first it was buy the credit and each hair cut was $2. Then last year they changed it to $3. Now they introduce membership fee of $15. Better to leave them now before they tie you up and change the fees again

Today went to do a hair cut, member $3, after that the girl ask me to do a check on my scalp. And later do treatment for $98 offer price, actual price $298. Somemore ask to buy organic shampoo 1000ml $298, offer $268, 300ml $98, I say no. And later the girl ask the manager to give me a package price. Starting show me other customers $298 record. And want me to buy 15 treatment. I said that is too much. Then he offer me 198x10 treatments. Today hair cut and treatment are free, and no.11 treatment only pay $98. So I total pay $2078. I never do this type of treatment before, so I don't know the actual price. I Feel like been cheated.

Very bad experience. I seldom go hair salon and didn’t know the benchmark. Was quoted $296 for hair and scalp treatment and hair cut and wash and I decided to pamper myself and go ahead. During the whole service by number 11, Jacky, he tried to up sell me by poking at my insecurities. Jacky said that if you don’t take care of your scalp, you will have lesser hair and YOUR FUTURE KIDS WILL HAVE LESSER HAIR! The boss of the salon tried to explain and help Jacky close the deal. And another lady came into the picture to explain. 3 people surrounded me and asked me to sign a package at $1980 for 10 scalp treatment + cut and wash + 3 argon oil hair treatment. If you reject them upfront, they might not do a good job with your hair. Felt so pressured and uncomfortable. Never going back there again!
