I was very very upset seeing how i went over to fix it but they just told me to come back for a retouch….. wish i could post the pics so ill just describe how my hair looks right now. Copper brown roots, black mid and copper brown tips. Tried to get me to do a hair spa As well but i rejected and they recommended a $58 hair ampoule instead to which i rejected as well. Didnt even think twice to reject the membership offer. Shouldve went to Snip Avenue for a better service for 1/3 the price. Wish i could get a refund

Ridiculous because even a non distinct without expectation cut they will do their utmost best to shortchanged you in terms of service. Yes it is never a cheap deal to have a hair cut but dun overpromised and compromise for earnings. Rather you priced the cut at higher cost and be upright about it.

When they want you to sign their package they will treat you like king , after that you are at their “mercy”, long waiting time for a cut, $2 cut cannot complain. Waiting time 50-60mins no guarantee. Pandemic everyone tries to save no choice but you have to bite your teeth and be thick skin to face these people. ?‍♂️

One particular hairstylist tried to make small talk during hair washing, and went down the unsavoury route of commenting on my age and body type. She was trying to utilize fake flattery, and failed badly. I did not want to continue the conversation and sternly reminded her that she ought not to pick topics which can be offensive. Did not hard sell... but they still did end the transaction by asking me to consider buying a package. Their business model is certainly suspicious.

They promote some stupid stuff like hair root blockage and I did fall prey to it once. Other than this they seem to be ok for a haircut.

If they have time to create accounts to fake good reviews, I highly suggest they spend the effort on improving their business model. - Hard selling of overpriced packages - Treats us like beggars after you have a package with them - Treats you like a Queen/King when your package is ending - Hard selling all over again, except this time they’ll purposely prolong your treatment just so they could brainwash you. I have neighbours (elderly) who got conned thousands of dollars at that shop. Beware, every single bad review is REAL. Can’t say the opposite though ?
