★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried tis restaurant because its the only one that have available tables during NDP fireworks night. Was asked to order min the 89.90 platter but it was so pathetic, how is it worth it?? i mean we understand its NDP seating but dont earn such money. The satay was found not cooked properly too. Then the staff told us the outdoor seatings is actually not allowed and we can sit until 9pm only. Then why in the first place u sell the min. Spending? Obviously u just wan to earn quick money. I tink tis is not right.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The person who took our order couldn’t understand or hear me most of the times. He even cancelled our extra fries on his own whereas I never asked him to do so. The scallops were undercooked and tasted bad. I also ordered for a hotdog which was brought to me as a takeaway and not even a plate was given for me to eat it. Overall pathetic experience and poor service. The only thing I liked was the bubble tea so 1 star for that. Would never eat here again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious food. Generous portion size for the price of the dish and the bar's location.
Chicken satay and Japanese Baby Horse Mackerel both quite good.
You can pick up your order and sit on the steps by the Merlion and enjoy your meal while watching the light and sound show right ahead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ overlook the scenic Merlion Park @bistro_aseana offers a breathtaking view while enjoying a delectable meal.
What i enjoyed,
Seafood Marinara dressed with generous serving of squid, prawn, slice fish and clam.
Tiger Prawn Aglio Olio cooked al denta and tossed with right amount of spiciness.
Chicken Salad with good chargrill taste and goes well with the fresh salad.
Matcha softserve to end the day. Love the pleasant earthiness taste. Topped with choco chip and peanut bits at bottom for that added crunch.
Could be better,
Roasted Pork in comparison to the rest was weaker. Feel a tad too dry and lack of crispy crunch.
Overall the whole dining experience at @bistro_aseana was really pleasant with the friendly and attentive service provided.

Must try their Jumbo Satay, Grilled Lemon Grass Pork Jowl, Pork Knuckles & other unique Fruity Bubble Teas! (Enjoyed their Açaí Bubble Tea!)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Roasted Spring Chicken with Fruit Salad: Succulent-tasty Chicken and a truly refreshing take on a fruity salad...the combination just works!!
Jumbo Satay: Well prepared, marinated meats and an amazing warmed up super nutty peanut sauce dip....so good you will use a fork and eat it as it is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good number of customers are present at this place may be due to weekend and strategic location just nearby Merlion. Service is a little slow. Taste was above average and not at all spicy, if someone is looking for spicy food like me, this is not the correct place. Price and the quantity does not match in any way.
