price is cheap, half of typical dum briyani.
I usually pay $12 to 18 for a good dum briyani.
btw.. food preferences is very individual.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their mutton briyani ($6.50) comes with lots of rice, large chunk of mutton, achar, and a tiny side of soup. This stall is slightly more generous and i think its better tasting than the more famous Yakadars (one stall down)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had mutton briyani rice topped with a fried chicken. The rice came with a full boiled eggs, cucumber, and dal sauce. The flavours are good, especially the dal sauce, however the rice is a bit mushy and mutton not tender enough.

Arrived there early to avoid the crowd.
Bought quite a few packets for distributions.
Of course when there, I started my day with a cup of Teh Halia n ‘tarpau’ (take away) Teh-o-lemau-ais (ice lemon tea equivalent) to go with my Mutton Briyani.
I found the Dum Briyani very tasty with the rice fluffy n cooked just right. The mutton doneness was right on point n it is not gamy in both taste n smell.
The drink stall next door served very good tea n of course the Teh-o-lemau-ais fit in the lunch spread compatibility.
Delightful start to a day n a sumptuous lunch…….
