Was about to buy lugage and was served by very rude lady, I left straightaway and bought from universal traveller. Definitely need some customer service training.

Nice store with good service, but it is not really an outlet store, I saw lower prices.

Just asked a simple question with regards to the luggage size and colour and was replied very rudely by a lady. The staff is really tarnishing the brands name. Left immediately after having to have see her extremely poor and terrible attitude

I visited the shop n enquired the price of a luggage which has no tag. The assistants didn’t come towards me n responded from afar the price of d luggage. They were more interested to engage in their own conversations than serving customers.

Good quality luggage sold here. Staff service is good too. Can find good bargain if there is discount.

Very unpleasant experience. Bought a luggage on 2nd May and only got it delivered on the 2nd June after repeated calls. Initially was told that the luggage was delivered to a wrong address by singpost and needed to be redelivered. A week passed by. Called again and was told singpost needed to "return" the luggage to be redelivered. Finally managed to get delivered on 1st June. Still no delivery. Had to call to ask. Was told that the delivery man did not know the unit no.!! Absurd! Luggage was delivered on 2nd June around 1240pm (20mins before the said delivery time between 9am to 1pm) by DPEX WORLDWIDE. The delivery uncle said the contact no. given was wrong. Am really clueless on what went wrong. I have given the correct address and contact number. Very disappointed in Samsonite service as throughout the whole saga, nobody took the initiative to call me to update me on the delivery status. Every calls I made surprised me with an absurd excuse. Upon closer inspection on the parcel, I noticed the sender was "Samsonite SINGAPORE PTE LTD Vadi No. 38 Jalan Buroh, Level 3" The deliver address indeed does not hv a unit number and the contact no. has a wrong digit.
