★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in with the intention to purchase a phone . We went in on 25.05.2022 at 840pm. No one attended to us. No hi from the staffs. They were at the counter and not even one attended to us. Few female staffs and 1 male staff. A total disappointment. We ended leaving the store. Please retrieve your store cameras as a proof.

I was having a faulty charging on tablet s7 and yet he concluded to change motherboard, battery, charging port, and dont know what thing to be pasted on the sides which estimated to be around $700+. Daylight robbery much. So I decided to just have it fix at some random servicing shop. True enough the charging port is faulty. Only cost me $140. And its working just fine now. Whatever your policy is. Your side needs to review this ridiculous bundling up all the unnecessary items to change when its not even faulty. It will definitely drive customer away.
