Never ever buy Samsung washing machine. Only less than 3 years and motherboard already broke down. Warranty is not included.

Samsung promoter at Courts, Joseph was patient, friendly and attended very well to my aunt and I. He supported us in our purchase of Galaxy S21 from start when we walked in, till we left the store with details from old phone ported over. Good job Joseph! :)

Samsung have difficulty in honoring their warranty. My TV breakdown, in August, within the 3 years warranty. Samsung technician came but unable to repair. They told me they could not repair this case on site. Samsung issue a letter to undertake the replacement of the TV but lead time was after 25 Sept for their stock arrival. I agree but after 25 Sept, I was informed that the stock arrived but my replacement was not on this consignment. The next stock arrival be on end Oct/Nov but no date be given on my replacement again due to stock availability and my case is a replacement. When press for a date, the customer officer go into negotiating mode and they push from one officer to another dragging their feet for replacement. Now they want to repair but I disagree because they have told me cannot repair, make me wait for 1 month and my persistent call to them for action. Now the customer services officer take turns to take my call with same negotiation and same suggestion without end. They have difficulty to honour their promises to return call on time but if day do, they will take one week. So each officer will promise to check and the case was dragged from one week to another. Their reply is always similar by seeking my patience for them to check and action. This have been kept going on for a few weeks yet I do not know when is my replacement. It is a tactic of bullying the consumer. Very disappointed with Samsung Singapore

Went to a Samsung Experience Shop to preorder the S22, cannot be done there must go online.... REAL EXPERIENCE Tried so to preorder S22 via android phone, page hanged.... no go. Call Support... no help, just advised to order via Desktop PC Ordered FROM PC, after filling in all required information. The website response is that they cannot deliver to my address in Tampines What a joke

Bought and paid for the S22 Ultra online . Website stated that delivery is by next business working day . After payment , received e-mail that it will take 3-5 days for them to confirm delivery date ! No point calling up their custoer service ... all they can say is that they will look into the matter and expedite the matter . Days passed without any updates ! Samsung seems to have problem with honor and integrity when doing sales.

Ordered a TV which broke in a month. Contacted samsung about it and two weeks later, there is still no update on a replacement or refund. Worse still, the service center cannot even provide a guarantee about when the issue can be settled. They also don't provide a written e-mail record of your case (yes the staff Acad told me over the phone that he was incapable of sending a follow up e-mail). Who knows if we will have tv to watch even after a month. By far the most atrocious service I have received from any company in Singapore. Shocking from a multinational corporation.
