Great watches but the quality does not translate to customer service. Long waiting times, largely non-responsive staff and very basic levels of customer experience.

This watch service center has moved from harborside near VivoCity to another building called in Boon liat terrace. The decoration and the layout is exactly the same as before so you will not find anything new or strange and the service level is outstanding I had both my detaches battery replaced within 2 hours but unfortunately there is not enough things to do around the building to wait.... so I just took a drive and came back and collected my watches the Swatch group has an outstanding collection of brands and designs... and it is only when you see the catalogs in the service center you realize how serious the group is about watchmaking , extraordinary and outstanding.

The staff members are very friendly but like most of the reviews I must say a battery change can take 1.5 hrs. Came during off peak and we still need to wait but at least we could find car park easily.

Great service overall. The receptionist was helpful and provided vouchers for coffee downstairs while waiting. Paid $50 to change the battery for a Longines watch. Speedy service and replaced the seal as well.

Nice waiting area in the service centre. Not crowded on weekdays 3-4pm and was 2nd in line upon arrival. Customer service staff was polite and will inspect your watch using loupe for pre-existing damage.

Took me quite some time to write this review. On May 2021, I brought my Tissot Couturier in for servicing. Which I am expecting a polish, oiling of mechanical parts and other maintenance. When receiving my timepiece, I realised that the winder at the back looks funny. The winder used to be bronze and and now it is silver. So I carefully looked at my invoice and realised the movement was changed! The reason that I bought this timepiece is mainly because I like the movement Valjoux 7750. I was also not returned of the old movement, just some old gasket. I felt cheated and betrayed by Swatch Group. I have wrote an email to Swatch Group and their reply was, "It was Switzerland's instructions to change the movement whenever an issue was found". This is a servicing and maintenance job. There was no issue with the movement and they choose to go ahead to change the movement. I will never buy any timepiece related to Swatch Group and never recommend any brands related to Swatch Group to anyone. Remember, the heart of any timepiece is the movement. You don't replace the movement even if it's a better "version" of it. You choose your timepiece together with the design and the movement. It will never be the same with the movement changed.

Total rip off. Went for a simple battery replacement for my 7yr old watch ….but instead they gave a quote price similar to a brand new watch price saying: watch not working, need overhaul service blah blah… Lucky that I took the watch outside SG to check….and found no issues with watch & got the battery replacement in fraction of what was quoted. Be careful !!!
