★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really love the Kuah Chap here! Had this over the weekend and it still tastes as good as ever. I always get my standard order from the uncle. Lean meat, with salty veg, egg and large intestines.
What I like here the most is not just the great good but the excellent customer service by the Uncle and Aunty at the shop. Bought them drinks the other time - they really work so hard to get this lovely dish on the table. Kudos to hawkers! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One thing you'll notice about this stall's braised sauce is fragrant but not too salty. The kway is bland, which is good in a sense as it balance out the saltiness of the braised meats. This stall's business is so good that on weekends, they typically sold out by noon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this hwaker centre for breakfast. Especially this Kway Chap which is always very crowded, do come early at about 7am so do not have to wait for long.
Still one of the cheapest and nice food around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finally ordered this kway chap on a Monday morning. Waited for a while, business is good. As I don't like to take intestines, the boss said will put other things for me. Paid 3sgd with a bowl of kway chap.
Waited for 10mins and I'm very impressed that with 3sgd, I actually have the braised pork inside. Happy me...
Overall taste is ok, the sauce for the ingredients is not those thick savoury type.
