★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There's no confidentiality when consulting this tcm. Consultation room door was wide open with waiting patients seated right outside his room. Tcm speak so loudly when in-consultation with patients, allowing other patients know of your diagnosis. So unethical!!

Note: you have to boil the herbs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a weekend afternoon, huge crowd. My mum queued for > 2 hours. During her turn Physician did not take her pulse and was dismissive during consultation which took only around 1-2 minutes. He gave a very general diagnosis. We paid around $55 for the medicine. Very expensive. Would not recommend, totally not worth the wait.
Update: We decided to give this clinic a second chance since it’s near our house. My mum told the physician about her issue on acid reflux and back aches. Two physicians took her pulse. The physician attribute these symptoms to “stiff neck” and prescribed medicine to cure her stiff neck. We were speechless…But my mum decided to give him benefit of the doubt. She finished the medicine, but no improvements to her health AT ALL.
There were many good reviews on their fb and I’m not sure why my experience is so vastly different from theirs…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been seeing them for my eczema, their herbs has undoubtedly helped to keep my eczema in control. The advice given such as what foods not to eat also helped me to fight my skin condition which I have for 14 years. Will keep going there as long as it's open.
