Have a mini mart, gym inside.
Effective security systems as the residents will be given a call upon visitors arrival at the security premises

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice area! It's quiet, peaceful, scenic with the Marina Bay Sands, the river, the Singapore Sports Hub among the views to choose from! As perhaps elsewhere in Singapore, people bike and walk freely!

The area around Tanjong Rhu is very scenic, beautiful, active and has a vibrant community of mixed races. Proximity to MBS, Gardens By The Bay, Stadium and MRT, the Singapore River and the convenience of being centrally located makes this a prime property.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Old but spacious condo units. Some of them doesn’t come with a patio! Something to seriously consider especially in the current times when work from home is becoming a norm. Location wise the condos in this area provide excellent options as they are quite central and at a stone throw away distance from the CBD. These condos are packed together in a relatively congested land area with too many developments cropping close to each other and are significantly dominated by a specific ethnic population. As always, there are pros and cons of such residential settings. Overall, not a bad property location!
