Super authentic Thai restaurant under the Golden Mile complex. The owners are a couple from Singapore and Thailand. The food was fantastic, will definitely go back again (often)

I order the Thai Braised Pork Belly with rice. The fats of the pork belly melt in your mouth and the spiciness of the Thai chilli bring it up to a whole new level, And wash it down with a cool Thai milk tea. This is special, I don't think I can find this Thai cuisine else's where.

Very nice boss n thai lady boss/cook.. lady boss can converse in Chinese.. Food tastes good, portions are above average, n boss advises us when we ordered enough.. the grilled squid is chewy but soft, taste fresh. Tom yum is nice, not overly sour nor spicy, som tom is nice.. basil rice is ok.. thai milk tea is nice, n the Thai ice lemon tea is not the usual kopitiam premix; its made from real Thai tea n lime ... though the place is basement, but easy access n seating is ample.. relaxed eating atmosphere, Thai hospitality & friendliness present..

Chanced upon this small hole in the wall Thai place run by a Singaporean husband & thai wife. Very friendly uncle that can chit chat treating you like friends. Boat noodle was surprisingly delish! Soup is savoury, herby with a slightly sweet tang. Loved their glass noodles, soft and chewy slipping down the throat effortlessly just the way I remembered it when I first had it in Bangkok. Portion was a bit small for me so I ordered another. Tom yum noodles had more ingredients, liver and 1 whole egg with the yolk still slightly runny. Several strips of tender pork. Can taste their tom yup soup was cooked and not using those instant paste. Too mild for me though, would ask e aunty to make it more sour & extra spicy next time..muahaha.. Will definitely be back to taste the rest of the menu, have a feeling there will be quite a few gems to be found here!

Ever since the previous boat noodles shop closed, we've been on a lookout for something similar. Came by on a weekend and found that it had been taken over by another owner. Visited on a Saturday evening, was quite empty. Overall ambience was okay, can get a bit loud cos it was a small place. We ordeed the boat noodles ($6) and Thai Tom yum noodles ($7) The boat noodles were a bit too salty, and the Tom yum soup was lacking that aroma distinct to tomyum. Also ordered Thai milk tea ($2) which was okay. There were sufficient portion of meat and veggies, noodles had good texture. But felt that it was a bit pricey for the taste.

Was there on a Friday evening with my partner, and the place was pretty small and empty, ordered the boat noodles and glass noodle salad with minced meat, and both dishes were delicious, and the level of spiciness for the glass noodle was great too! The only concern I had is that for a Thai milk tea at the cost of $2, they could perhaps give more tea, instead of filling the ice to the brim. Aside from this, it's still a place I'd recommend to visit!
