I ordered three young coconuts from Grab Mart today. Sathish Trading sent two coconuts with molds at the bottom and one coconut that already cracked with leaking coconut water. This company clearly took advantage of online platform to get rid of their unwanted stuff. Bad people with bad business ethics. BEWARE!

I have visited this shop along with my mother and sister on a visit to Little India today (31st July, 2020). We had taken only 6 items for our essential day to day use and thus, we clearly did not have the need to buy snacks at all. In a hurry of leaving to our home for preparing for today's festivities, with a lot of things in hand, our items were billed and my mother already had the doubt of the bill amounting to $28.85. Nevertheless, we could not notice any mistake at the earliest in that scenario, and unfortunately, we had to pay the amount. On seeing that we had completed our shopping, we rushed to take a bus home. Now, in a curiosity, when my mother had reviewed the receipt in the bus, to her horror, she noticed that two snacks we had not needed and taken at all were on the bill, and thus the extra paid amount stood at $6.50. When we quickly called the shop on seeing it's contact number in the receipt, for justification of their act, the staff did not attend to our problem in a satisfactory manner, and instead doubted us to have not checked properly. He stood strong on his extremely offensive and disappointing reply that they would have not done such a big mistake. At last, seeing his improper attitude of forcing us to come back to the shop and telling us we would not be given the required refund, we have decided to not buy products there anymore, though we have never seen such behavior in our many years of shopping. There is simply no valid purpose to lie and write such a large review with enough evidence for such petty issues, but if it is left as such, innocent consumers will be cheated of our rights to complaint, for many years to come, taking our busy schedules as a reason and privilege for shops like this. We also advise others to not buy things from such fraudulent shops. P.S. I now thank the shop for giving me the required refund in a kind manner, without any unwanted behaviour. But, I still request everyone to stay vigilant even when bills are issued in a hurry, as all people do not give refunds like this.
