K	Khadi Haramain on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a horrible experience today. I had gone back to the shop today to pick up materials which i forgot last Saturday. I went back to the same assistant who helped last Saturday. She told me off saying how can you forget and that i respectfully give it to you in your hand. I honestly forgot and explained but she said i should go and find material at other shop. I even went back the same Saturday once i realized i forgot and she told me the section upstairs was closed and to come back another day. I told her i can pay for the wasted material which she refused to accept and told me to find other place. I have never come across such a sales assistant at any shop.

Please pay your staff better, their dissatisfaction with working conditions is evident in their service. Of all the years i have patronised your stores, never once have i had a positive experience.

When I came to return, they mentioned that this is usual type..... Staffs are not helpful and I have to find my replacement item on my own. Despite all the troubles I faced, they didnt even reduce/discount/offset a single dollar. Very bad customer experience. Wont recommend.

F	Farha Nisa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience there. Was disappointed at how unkempt and messy the store was. Everything was out of place, not folded and lying on the ground. Customer service was terrible. My mother asked for some colours to be taken out from the rack section and the staff simply threw and bang the item at my mother. She even muttered and nagged using her mother tongue language. Rude and very lazy. Finally we chose our material and off to payment. Their nets payment had an issue and they blamed my card for being spoilt. They had to retest 4 times and finally able to deduct for payment. The staff at the cashier gave a TSK sound at me. I wouldn't even give 1 for a rating. Definitely my last ever to go there.
