Service was fast. Mattress was delivered promptly in about 10 days. Fits perfectly, good quality too. Highly recommended. ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really impressed by the service offered. Ping was really friendly and helpful during the entire process. There was initially a misunderstanding/hiccup with the actual delivery schedule, but Ping went the extra mile to provide clarifications/assurance, and even offered freebies as compensation. This is on-top of the good package deal that was already offered to us($845 for bedframe and queen size mattress. Usual bundle price was $999). Definitely coming back to the same seller for future purchases. Highly recommended!
*Note : Payment was made via bank transfer(initially was skeptical due to scams involved nowadays). I can 101% vouch that seller is reliable and will provide you with invoice. Rest assure and deal with him!
