We were served by Jilene and her service was awesome. She tried her best to help us to communicate with the logistics when we had to delay our delivery date.

Very nice & friendly lady (Jilene) who served us, recommended a few bed based on our requirement. Purchased a very comfortable bed at a very good deal, the bed frames are also customizable. Recommended, do come & look for Jilene!! ????

I was served by Jilene who is knowledgeable, gives great advice & has excellent service. However, this was totally negated by the extremely poor service from the installation & delivery team and HQ who should take full responsibility. 1. Delivery guy who called the evening before the delivery was rude & only gave 1 time slot (evening) for the delivery & when I tried to asked if can do in the morning, he said no & wanted to hang up the phone which I had to stop him & had to compromise to his timing. 2. On day of delivery, there was no mattress!! The installation guys did not say anything when they arrived & neither even when they finished installation. When asked, the delivery guy said “HQ said sorry ” but I found out later that the delivery van was full & couldn’t fit the mattress!!!! I had timed my move-in on the same day & so I had no bed to sleep on that night!! The least the “HQ” could have done is to call in advance to inform. No call whatsoever! 3. Then the guys who finished the installation asked for the balance payment. No mattress & yet asked for balance payment!! 4. I complained to Jilene who helped arrange for delivery on the next day. Again the delivery guy called & gave only one slot at 2-3pm. I had to explain that my place does not allow delivery after 1pm & yet can’t change. Called Jilene again for help. She tried to request for them to come earlier but seems she has no influence cos on the next day, delivery guy called to say will deliver at 2-3pm again!! Though it started out well with Jilene, the overall experience with AP Beddings was truly upsetting & absolutely disappointing!!!

Had a pleasant experience going over the various types and grades of mattresses with Jilene while we were at their showroom. She was really patient with our questions and diligently showed us around. Jilene also provided us many samples and ideas for us to customise our bed frame. We are grateful for the awesome price!

I have a pleasant experience purchasing a bed from AP Beddings for my mum. Jilene attended to us, knowing our needs, she recommended the coconut husk mattress to us as it is firm, good for elderly. I am very appreciative of Jilene's help in ensuring that we could receive the bed in time for my mum's discharge from hospital. She was very responsive when I approached her for help, and she responded to my text promptly. Very good service. Highly recommended. The delivery service was good too. The delivery personnel were polite and both of them installed the bed efficiently. I will seriously consider purchasing bed from AP Beddings in future if I need to.

Saleslady Jilene is really friendly and gave very good recommendations of mattress. Found a mattress that suits my needs which is really comfortable. Good price point too!! Would recommend to family and friends.
