It has been at least 3 years since I last ate at this stall and the owner is as friendly as ever. I ordered the braised pork (used to be wild boar) and a serving of pig organ soup for 3 people and it is as I have always remembered it.... The braised meat is well cooked, not too firm, so very tasty and full of yum. The portions however are getting smaller but overall still value for money because it is a rarity to find such well cooked braised pork. The pig organ soup is hearty and the serving was more than generous for 3 people. Am pleased to say that one cannot taste MSG in the food which is a far cry from most hawker stalls. Oh, I asked the owner the days in which his stall is opened @2pm and was told that he operates Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday. Overall, it is a delight to be able to have food of this high standard and quality. Enjoy.....

The soup is really tasty but not over powering, need a keen sense of taste to taste the slightly fragrant and sourish sze chuan vege. the ingredients are definitely fresh and cooked just right. the braised platter is also delicious, with the tender pork belly in thick cuts , top by the QQ layer of fats. order starts only at 230pm, but do be there and start the queue by 215, else it'll be a 45mins wait.

Pig's Organ Soup and Braised Pork. I think I overheard the regulars in front of me saying the braised pork here is actually wild boar meat so I was wondering if anyone may be able to verify for me. The pig's organ soup is one of my favourite around here and almost all the time I would highly recommend ordering the braised pork as a side dish.

This shop doesn't open as early as usual now. I came today at 2pm and they were not open yet. There was already a long queue of 20 over people. Queue clears fast and the signature braised pork is consistantly tender and flavoursome.

Decent but for most part it just tastes like a normal bowl of pig organ soup. Not sure why the queue is never ending, even at a non peak time (4pm). Special mention for the meatball which was lovely- unlike those frozen supermarket meatballs which I really dislike.

We went to Bugis and though it’s time to tabao food home for dinner. So we decided look around at the hawker centre behind Fu Lu Shou complex. What caught our eyes is the super long Q… so we decided to Q for fun and also to try. Love it ?! The braised pork belly was so good, mild sweet, the black sauce is just right and the pork belly was soft. Very Teochew style. We will patrons again next time.

Their attitude is horrible, downright bullies! I ordered a $5 plate and the woman at the stall kept calling me out for ordering too little. I asked if it is ok to order but she just kept making snide remarks. Rude and horrible. I remember the days when the owner will make people wait in line while he v slowly arrange everything to open his stall, sometimes taking 30mins to 1 hr. He enjoys watching the q build up even though the food is ready.

Had lunch a few times at Albert Centre and saw a queue forming for this stall at around 2pm even though it wasn't open. Decided to give it a try and boy, was I surprised. The stall only has pork organ soup and braised pork. The picture below is $10.50. The food was deliciously wicked and triggered me for the first time ever to think of my last meal if I ever needed to decide on one. While there will always be a queue at the stall, the owners are quite fast in processing orders.
