β β β β β Terrible Experience with Paed Dr Ratna Srijaja.
Extremely casual and I would go to the extend of saying , callous in her approach while treating children. Insists on having blood works at drop of a hat but no communication when the results come. And no diagnosis either! Non invested in her care and overall approach.

β β β β β The clinic environment is airy and clean and staff is always very good and prompt in responses. I usually visit Dr Joanne Alison Lee, who specializes in eczema and allergy. She had taught me a lot about childrenβs allergies and I realized there have been many new developments in this line so need to be educated by a physician to be on the safe side. They do all sorts of allergy tests including food challenges under medical supervision (I saw another patient doing that) and also guide parents on how to do the same for less risky items. All in all, a good clinic to go to for allergy management for children, including infants!

β β β β β Dr Ratna is very nice doctor always answered all our questions without rushing ang gave details to every explanation. Examinations always thorough and gave us confident on what to do when our sons were sick. And the staffs all are very friendly and full with information too.

β β β β β The doctor was good, but the service of the staff at the front desk was too bad. They didn't tell me I couldn't use my insurance until I made the payment, although I filled in my insurance information at registration.

β β β β β Dr Ratna has been our paediatrician for both #1 and #2. She has been very attentive and caring to the kids. Definitely recommend her to other parents!

β β β β β The doctor offers a list of asthma medicine even she hears a clear lung from my son. My son did not have any asthma history. Have to look at other clinic afterwards.
