★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been following Dr. Wendy since my kid was an infant and she's always been attentive, careful and caring. The nurses are all also very patient and ready to answer my questions. Children's department is always crowded and busy (so a little understanding goes a long way), but they tried to take my walk-ins a few times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The children's centre certainly doesn't deserve the poor ratings it has here on Google. I have been taking my toddler here for over 2 years now...first with Dr. Wendy and now with Dr. Vidhya. I found both of them professional, friendly and patient. Like a few reviewers have mentioned, getting through on the phone line can be a challenge. However, not impossible. The staff are generally friendly and efficient and the premises clean and kid-friendly with toys and slides. I highly recommend the centre, especially Dr. Vidhya.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Chu Hui Ping, Paediatric Gastroenterologist, is really good. She is treating my son for abdominal problem. The clinic and rooms in the ward overlooks the playground. Totally lovely and therapeutic.

Website states open till 6pm but when I called the hospital at 4.50pm to check if I can visit them at 5.20pm they said no, all our doctors have left for the day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Website appointment system is really bad UI. Ended up booking for wrong center and had to go back again. I keyed in all the details correctly including my child’s info and left the memo that it was for my son’s vaccination. Because of the weird center selections, I got the booking for adult vaccinations. Clearly they do not check memo/patient’s info. I called them 4 times to reschedule and no one picked up.
The immunisation/vaccination costs were different through the phone (I was introduced 544sgd through the phone and it was 560 when I visited them) and at the center. Really a bad experience throughout.
