★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company provides a slick marketing strategy to encourage schools to use them as a bus service with very low prices for families, however, behind the gloss is a very hollow, unprofessional, amateurish organisation that cannot deliver anything close to what they offer. They are a car-sharing app for school students, not a bus service. Only way to contact them is if you have direct lines to management, publicly available phone numbers and social media are useless. Stick with reputable bus transport companies for a proper bus service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are an organisation thinking of using schoolber service, please just get a proper transport company. A mini bus picked up my son and his cousin for a camp. They were bullied by the other kids in the bus. There is only one driver with no attendant to help. According to my son's account, some kids removed their seat belts and moved around. My son got scratched and someone poured sanitiser over his head. We taught our kids to approach adults for help but he said the driver didn't bother. So both of them just had to put up with the chaos and bully every day. Extremely unsafe when you have more than 8 kids to handle in the bus without an attendant to help.
