★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lol this lady in secret chamber is like kinda rude and not to assist me , when i asked the set is it 20% off she was like no , then i said oh but yr online store stated 20% off carried on she said then you online buy lah. Very rude , if she always give this type of attitude to customers , definitely customers wouldn’t feel good dealing with her. At least give a reason why yr online store price is different. TOTALLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most shocking “service” I’ve ever encountered. Extremely rude lady. I understand she’s the owner. She gave me a call to inform me that my item was ready for collection. I had specifically requested for collection at parkway. When I arrived, I was told the item was at Thompson. I called the lady again about this, feeling disappointed that it was a wasted trip and my son was so eager to collect his Lego set.
When asked when I could expect to collect it at parkway, she raised her voice and started scolding me saying “you have to wait. you think I can fly there is it” she continued in that tone and even hung up the phone on me. I was just too stunned to say anything. Never have I ever seen such customer service like that! For the record, I cancelled my order! Obviously she sounds like she has enough business so she doesn’t need mine.
