★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Completed most of my security modules from basic till diploma @ SII. This SII is one of my favourite for studying WSQ security courses. Trainers most are good and prices of the WSQ courses are affordable too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Environment is great for training but due to the covid19, the re-taking of temperature is kinda hassle. Why training school can't take the temperature in class or outside classroom and email the result to TP management instead, now everyone irregardless u going out for meal or not, u need to proceed to atrium for temp taking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located in Temasek Poly East G.SII conduct all security courses. At this point of time due to covid 19, water cooler is not advisable to use, Sii also did not provide a bottle of mineral water to their trainee, I feel that they are lack of service. But Temasek Poly is a good place for course.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although the courses are being conducted by their excellent lecturers, their backend support is surprisely somehow lacking.. Been trying to call their office for the past 1 hr or so and yet nobody has picked up my phonecall.. Even tried called the contact number given by the email that was sent to me but nobody has picked up the calls..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm writing this review as i loved how Mr Lamka was professional, approachable and friendly at the same time giving us the knowledge for the course with the most efficient and effective methods to us students. Messages are crystal clear. I'm thankful and appreciate Sir Lanka. He's experience is vast like 32 over years of experience in in security industry and 15 over years as Private Instructor! Super knowledgeable and guides you well if you are sincere in learning. Kaplan is blessed to have him as Trainer. God bless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SII pax never answer telp. It just rings n cuts off. Asking people to call to register but telp not answering ... what's the point. Given up trying coz diff as well to register on line.
