Professional and speedy service! They listen to your smallest of needs and are very welcoming. There is a lady, Povan, who has 10 years of experience and I just did my most painless threading ever with her. Seemra (the owner) can be contacted via whatsapp and you can ask for any slots or walk in.

I visited this salon once in Feb 2019 & I regret it. I wanted to do a facial and was recommended one based on my skin condition. The room was not clean. The towel spread on the treatment bed had some hardened wax & hairs on the floor/surfaces. Overall, the salon just felt dirty and unkept.The music played at the salon was so loud & the therapist (penang native) kept talking & talking that I didn't get a relaxing facial I hoped for. . I was dying for the facial to end asap. Their services were quite expensive. I will never ever visit this salon again! Yucks

**First time posting a review in my entire life** Went for hair cut and threading today . They have done the job in a commendable manner. But just for hair cutting (medium length) and dressing I HAD TO PAY 65$. VERY EXPENSIVE. Never expected this much high price for layer cut. Have cut my hair in other Salons before and have not payed this much amount. They didn't even wash the hair other than spraying with water. Felt like am been cheated. :(

Went to the shop on 6th May 2021 at approx 5pm plus (phone number ending ****2743). I had an eyebrow thread by a lady in yellow top and the thread was great. The amount totaled up to $7.50, so I hand over $5 note (x2) to the lady who threaded me. She asked for small change but I only have that $5 notes (x2). She said "Oh my God" in disbelieve and shake her head. Am I to be aware that shop are supposed to have small change? Kindly train your staff to be of good customer service and ensure that small change is readily prepared.

Value for money? I'd rate that a 1. The services are extremely expensive. I have been colouring my hair for several years but never had I paid so much for full head hair colouring. I was told that it was $450 for hair colouring and kertain treatment. When I told the staff that it was too expensice, she negotiated with her boss and quoted $395 and prices kept changing as they wished. It was like I was bargining in a pazar malam. Eventually, I did hair colouring and hair cuttting because I had alreadt travelled from a far place to this salon. Layer cuts $55. Never did I had such experience in any salons. It is my fault that I failed to read the reviews. If I had read the reviews, I would definitely not have gone to their beauty salon. I would say think twice before going. Beware unless you have tons of money to spend. It is not value for money at all. I have received equal or better service, skills and expertise and paid affordable rates prior. My first and last time here. After readings the reviews, I am now worried if my colour will stay or get washed away. No wonder they had no customers for other services. They only had walk-ins for threading. Worst salon ever!

Went there to get my hair cut and colored. It was done by a lady called povan, even though her work was good, It was expensive and totally not worth the money because the hair color was gone within a week. They did tell me that the color may slightly reduce when i wash it off but i didn't expect it to be completely gone and back to my original hair color. Very poor quality of products. I should have just gone to a more professional place where i can actually get my money's worth. Summary : Good stylist but cheap hair products.

Bad experience. Staff was not gentle causing me to bleed when she did my upper lip threading, I wanted to use my package which I got in Sept 2020 but apparently its only valid for 1 year and i wasnt informed. Contacted the boss herself and there was just poor service recovery. Would not return and would not recommend.???
