I like the service from one of the Young lady ,very gentle and talkative,but the attitude was so bad ,always ask to add on money to some treatment , about 10 time keep asking.,don't you know if the person refuse your offer,you need to be patient, maybe they will return again ,if your good.

Wanted to extend a broken nail, was convinced by a staff to sign up a package eventually of 5 sessions n offered to waive the extension fee. when back home after the extension the extended were broken again .. believe is the skill of the worker who fix ...

Super attitude and lousy experience. $15 soak off without cutting nail. The lady asked me want o do nail mask, I said no , her face black. Some more never clean properly .

I did my eyelash extensions at PINC CWP, the staffs were friendly and will not hard sell their package. But the quality is way beyond the standard. All the eyelashes has glued up together and it felt very hard and uncomfortable. If i can post a photo review I will show how terrible it looks when it fall off, almost 20 strands stick together. The worse eyelash extension i had done in my life

was serve by a Indian wonmen ！ the service and skill was very bad she cut the cuticle until my Toe inflammation and keep ask me sigh up package! And soak off was $20 !(but I saw reviews is $15 ) She did not tell me the price before she started to work on it! And want to add on the treatment for me ! Luck I ask the treatment price! And I reject! This Will be my 1st time and last time visit this shop ! The photo is after 2day when I feel my toe is painful and cuticle is not cut it well !

Do not visit them. I stay in woodlands for many years and to my surprise this shop survived for many years since my teens.. I went that day and was served by an indian lady... she was okay with her service but coax me into getting some moisturizer for nails etc.. she told me its $15, ended up to be $50 and then can't go back on my words already since she opened it. $15 and $50 ? be careful....

The service here is very poor, especially the team leader in Vietnam. Because I have a problem with my toenails, I have been assigned to cut them all the way. It's a long time. However, whenever she asks you to sign the matching, she has nothing to say about my attitude. However, once I sign, her attitude changes from 100 % to very bad and impolite. Whenever I make an appointment with her, She will make me wait for a long time, even sometimes I have to wait for an hour. When I ask her why it is so long, she will not cut and say to me that I can wait if I don't want to wait. Occasionally, she will ask me to buy things, and occasionally she will add me extra fees. I don't understand that since I signed the package, isn't it included in the package? If I refuse her, she will give me a look. I'm really angry. I hope her boss will pay attention.is not just me , i ask my friend ,they also have such problems

My usual place to get my nails done. Service is pretty decent and there's hardly any hard selling involved by the workers which is a relief. They have many colour choices too. Place seems clean too. They used to charge $12 for their express manicure but as of recently they increased to $18 (or it could be due to CNY surcharge). But for those who don't mind the price, their service is good!
