★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just another typical Mrt station. But why did they decide to have 2 pawn shop tenants, and 2 $2-chicken rice tenants? I feel that it doesn't really bring any value to the people having duplicated services. Why not a Subway, or a Mos Burger Express, or even a small bank branch here would be more useful.. Or just something that is not already available here...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be early heading to work else its gonna be zombie apocalypse. You can go before 7:45am if your heading to work in the morning.
A few blocks away from where I lived, this MRT stations just like others provides added value services through stores and concierge services nearby. Hungry? Mcdonalds is just a stone throw away. Wanna eat the local way, NTUC Food Center is just right outside the station.
What makes this station unique is that amidst highly industry Singapore, this station’s neighbourhood still have that rural feels to it. Relaxed compared to the others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sembawang train station has a good and reliable time schedule. It has a lift platform for disabled people and local shops located there giving services like hair Salon, local food stalls and drinks available. The sunplaza mall is located very near the station and there is a shelter between the station and the mall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Sembawang mrt station is the most extreme north train station in the island providing an efficient transportation service for the residents living in that area. There are 3 escalators and a staircase that leads to/from the boarding platform which is better than many stations. In front of the train station is the Sun Plaza mall where you can get most of the essential things done.
