★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My silly mum accidentally threw her phone down the hdb rubbish chute with the daily rubbish. With little hope of retrieving it, I've decided to call in to see whether Sembwaste could assist. To my surprise, they sincerely extended their utmost support from the admin to the operators swiftly. And they managed to help us to recover the phone by scooping out the rubbish bit by bit. Sincerely thank you from the bottom of my heart to Mr Daniel Fong as well as Mr Ramiahpillay and team for their kind act of service. It means alot to us, appreciate it. God bless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the 2nd time I place used clothes attached to this flyer for recycling. No one collected the items in both occasions. It makes me wonder if this recycling program is genuine?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have activated SP Power for electricity, and water more than a month ago. We moved in 5 days ago. There is still no garbage bins. I wrote to Sembwaste 3 days ago and got a reply that they will look into it. I called again and the same reply that they will inform the respective dept. it has been 5 days since we live here and our rubbish now starts to rot. Do you want us to dump the rubbish on the road side before you gladly collect it?

We have been billed 4 times higher for residential house refusal removal for almost 5 years until I recently found out via web searching and this company was only willing to refund us recent 11 months, isn't it rediculous? Can please help to share to public media or any advice how to get back my overcharged money. Thanks
