I tried to book this service for cleaning today for 11am. By 11.30am nobody came and I called to the customer service. The helper got stuck due to the rain somewhere and couldn't come. Then why nobody called and informed me about the delay? So taking money from my account even before the helper reached my place is normal but informing me about delay is not needed or what? Now, since my request is auto cancelled I will get a refund.... not to my bank account but to the SendHelper app account. Why would I need that? I am not going to use this service anymore, you've shown me how bad is a service already. So now I have to bother myself by sending an email to request a refund to my bank account (seriously?????), and I still have to clean my house. Thank you so much for spoiling my Friday day off before my birthday! I am very happy about that!

So far, sendhelper is the best cleaning company that i encounter in Singapore. The quality of cleaning is excellent. They are dependable. A morning appointment is very important to me and they always keep that time frame. I also feel very confident that my home is secure during their visits. Sendhelper is not inexpensive but the quality of service and peace of mind is worth the extra expense I may pay. I will continue to engage their service. Super Job!

It has been quite a nightmare using this service. There is always issue with no helpers being assigned to my job, even when i booked for recurring services and in advance. When i finally got 1 helper, she last min told me she is not happy to come. When i asked for replacement, it took them 3 days and alot of follow ups to finally find one..and that is also after alot of my accommodation and rearranging of my work meetings. When i asked if i can get a refund since no helper can be assigned to me, they can only do credit. But what is the point of holding on to their credits when they cannot give me any helper? I rated 2 stars (instead of 1) because the cust service is quite prompt and cleaners were ok, except for that last min cancelation. Overall i don't think this is worth the trouble and the experience is definitely not pleasant.

Tried to engage send helper for cleaning service - 2 bedroom 3 hours and did this 2-3 weeks in advance for a day I really needed to clean the apartment. Fast forward to today, the helper was a no show - uncontactable and no where to be seen. Contact helpline for send helper required multiple attempts to call before getting through and the recovery was to take another hour to put the job out. So last minute obv no one could take my job. Refunding my $90 as credit? Nah keep it for yourself, I don’t want to be stood up again. Take cash refunds guys. Update: Sendhelper has deactivated the helper’s account for being uncontactable after accepting a job and provided a full refund.

Although the cleaning service was satisfactory. Cleaner came 30 minutes late. Tried calling helpline but it took them awhile to answer my calls. My morning schedule was totally disrupted due to the cleaner being 30 minutes late. I dont know if I should wait or get a replacement because not only the cleaner is not contactable, helpline was of no help as well. this is my first time using Sendhelper. to be honest, i am not sure if i would use it again. update: 4th Feb Received multiple calls including followup emails to explain that e cleaner lost her way thus she was late. Cleaner did not inform them which resulted in them not being able to inform me. Coincidentally, their hotline was down that day, thus I was unable to contact them. Was given a promo code of $15 discount for next service. To be fair, the cleaner did a good job in her cleaning. However, I am not sure if i would try their services again. The calls to bug me to remove/edit my google review is kinda annoying. Your credit recovery does not change my initial experience. I will edit again IF i decide to use this service again. Hopefully I will have a more pleasant experience the next time.

Confirmed a booking at 5pm. No show from helper. Not contactable. No response from company line. All on line forwarding. Payment done by credit card. No response on how to refund. It's a scam. If there is no response from the company, will be reporting this case.

We had them come over for replacement of window hinges. Their team arrives without the the bottom and top hinge set, instead they think they had a cupboard repair. I had to fish out the photos I had shared with them on their mobile. It got worse when one of two men tried to bend down the hinge to make it protruding outside (it bulged, worse than before) and finally misaligned the window swing. They left without knowing what to do and asksd for a couple of days to buy a new set claiming that we needed a new type. (although the building is 22 years old). Wishing them well for future, they seem like a start up. We scrambled and engaged another firm to come this afternoon and job was done in less than 10mins.

It has been frustrating for me to engage Sendhelper and I only just engage their cleaners twice. The second cleaner Tan Bee Thin caused my sliding door to be spoilt. I never expected this as my house has no expensive items to take note of. I have to look for contractors for months and I have to bear half of the costs as the cleaner blamed the sliding door to be old and easily spoilt. The cleaner is not professional. This is not fair to me as the sliding door has been able to move all the long. Now I have to crawl under the door to get into the toilet every day.
